I don’t like more price increases, but I have no choice. With the increase in postage and pretty much everything in the trading card business, I’ve had to find ways to make the business work.
I am seeing far too many sales that either make no money or lose money. Still kind of weird to me that people will buy a single 6 cent card and then pay a dollar to have it shipped. I do still enjoy it the process though. It gives me a reason to wake up each day and fills my mind with numbers. Numbers make sense most of the time.
6 cents and the a dollar to ship, while numbers, are based on the behavior of people.
