The mat is thick and the rubber backside is very grippy. There is an odor of rubber, but that is normal with playmats like this. The colors look great and the art pops. The stitching on the edges is superior and I found no loose ends at all.
Excellent playmat that looks great and allows your cards to slide across it with little resistance.
